REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is issued by Jupiter Bike. All Jupiter Bike e-bikes and/or accessories purchased prior to May 20, 2024, will be shipped with a standard 1-year warranty. Your rights under this Warranty are in addition to and separate from your legal rights as a purchaser of the Product which may vary by state in the United States. The guidelines include, but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications. *Original retail purchase* means the Product was purchased new for the first time from an Authorized Jupiter Bike Retailer or directly from Jupiter Bike.

TERMS OF WARRANTY
To take advantage of this Warranty, you must have completed product registration within 30 days of receiving the product and submit a dated proof of original retail purchase to Jupiter Bike. In all events, Jupiter Bike reserves the right to limit warranty service to the country where the Product was purchased. During the duration of the Warranty, Jupiter Bike will either repair the Product or, at Jupiter Bike's discretion, replace it with the same or most similar Product then available. That is because we do not keep inventory forever, so we may not have the exact replacement part or exact color available. If the Product is replaced, it needs to be returned to Jupiter Bike before the replacement is provided unless otherwise agreed to by Jupiter Bike in writing. The customer is responsible for the cost to ship the Product to Jupiter Bike.
WARRANTY PROCESS INITIATION
The first step is to contact customer Service at your original certified Jupiter Bike location of purchase. Your retailer or representative will inspect the Product and contact you for next steps. Contact your original Authorized Jupiter Bike Retailer or support@jupiterbike.com if purchased on the JupiterBike.com website.
